EV chargers are devices used to recharge electric vehicles (EVs) by supplying electrical power. There are three main types: Level 1 chargers, which use a standard 120-volt outlet and are slowest; Level 2 chargers, which use a 240-volt outlet for faster charging, commonly found at homes and public stations; and Level 3 chargers (DC Fast Charging), which offer the fastest recharge times, capable of charging up to 80% in about 30 minutes. EV chargers play a key role in making electric vehicles more practical by providing convenient and efficient ways to keep them powered.
